The Opportunity
Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians serve our customers throughout the Charleston metro area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits
- Technicians average $30-50/hour with annual earnings of $85,000-175,000.
- $5,000 signing bonus for eligible candidates with at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.

Responsibilities
- Servicing customer homes within the Charleston metro area
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
- Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices
- Common Job types include:
- Disassemble and clean HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units
- Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws
Requirements
- 1 year of HVAC experience (commercial or residential)
- Willingness to undergo background and pre-employment checks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, Rotating On-Call Shifts
