The Opportunity
Our HVAC Install Apprentices work alongside experienced HVAC Install Leads to assist them in providing excellent service to our customers while learning the tools of the trade. If you have the desire to learn and advance as an HVAC Installer, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a motivated, career-minded teammate to join us! Once trained and promoted - our HVAC Installation Leads are among the highest-paid in South Carolina.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-22/hour starting pay, depending on experience.

- Paid training in the classroom and in the field with technicians
- Uniforms and laundry service provided
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced HVAC Install Technicians in customers' homes as they install HVAC and ancillary systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and present a professional company image
- Attend paid classroom training 2-3 times per month
- Show up with a positive attitude on a daily basis
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical competency
Requirements
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to use power and hand tools
- Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback
Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM
